Wednesday, the 1st of March 2017, will be a very special day for the Polish Radio 2 (Dwójka) that will be celebrating its eightieth birthday. Many concerts and events will be held with audience in the radio’s studios and concert halls; they will also be broadcasted online.
Karol Kozłowski and his younger brother Mischa, who have already performed together during the live radio broadcast Five o’clock, will join in again to celebrate this unique day: they will give a concert in the Władysław Szpilman Studio in Warsaw, al. Niepodległości 77/85 at 3 pm on that day.
The artists will present the programme consisting of songs composed by Ludwig van Beethoven, Franz Schubert, Alban Berg and Arnold Schönberg, as well as some rarities like the versions of Henry Purcell songs by Benjamin Britten.
